Early Years Needs a Pay Deal

We the undersigned call on the Early Years Employers' Representatives to immediately start pay talks.

Thousands of SIPTU members and progressive providers want to see a pay deal done and €45 million of state funding for pay invested in our profession.

However, the Employers' Representatives, Childcare Services Ireland and the Federation of Early Childhood Providers, have so far failed to come to the table. The delay is putting €45 million of state investment at risk.

We need to show the Employers’ Representatives that our profession needs a pay rise and that providers need increased funding and. You can add your voice by signing the petition below.
